• No Harassment: We do not make unsolicited "cold calls" to our customers.

• Identification: Any voice communication from us will clearly state our company name and the purpose of the call within the first 30 seconds.

• Time Restrictions: We will never call or text marketing materials before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM Central Time.

• No Collection: NINE SEVEN NINE JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES does not collect, capture, purchase, or otherwise obtain "biometric identifiers" (e.g., fingerprints, facial geometry, retina scans) or "biometric information."

• Future Use: Should we ever implement features requiring biometric data, we will provide a separate written notice, obtain your written release, and publish a retention and destruction schedule as required by 740 ILCS 14/15.

B. Right to Know & Data Portability

You have the right to request a report of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months.

C. Data Breach Notification (PIPA)
