Order Processing Times

All orders placed before 5pm (central time) Monday-Thursday will be fulfilled and shipped the next day.

All orders placed on Friday after 5pm (Central Time) will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.

We ship from River Grove Illinois, USA

You will receive and email from Nine Seven Nine Jewelry & Accessories upon order fulfillment. This email will contain Order and Tracking information. (please double check your address to ensure is correct)

Shipping Risks:

Lost or stoles packages

Nine Seven Nine Jewelry & Accessories is NOT responsible for lost or stoles packages delivered to confirmed correct address whether or not protection is selected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) or for items stolen during (once package has been received and scanned by the carrier in the carrier facilities) or after delivery process (porch piracy).

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are base on package weight.
